Why Dairy Needs To Be Off Your Die

Why Dairy Needs To Be Off Your Diet
Exception: fermented full fat yogurt cultures and butter.

It takes man roughly 50.000 years to adjust to a food. Dairy has only been around for 10,000 years and some parts of the world not at all, such as Asia. Therefore your body has not the enzymes and digestive processes developed to handle dairy.

There is no adjustment to dairy at all in Asia so you will never see cheese etc in a Chinese buffet.

Europeans in some countries may have started some adjustment to dairy but an estimated 85% of older people apparently do not have the enzymes to correctly digest milk and lactose, the milk sugar and some amino acids are not digested leaving an immune response that may cause immune mediated disorders, particularly joint problems.

A strong immune system is elemental to the body?s natural capacity to fight disease but if it is fighting with the food you are eating it is diminished, so getting off dairy can leave your immune system to more easily total use of all resources to fight off outside sudden diseases

This means cutting dairy may lessen possible sinusitis, joint pain, has a particular adverse affect on asthma, seasonal allergies, frequent indigestion, diarrhea, psoriasis, eczema, and gravely may affect other more serious autoimmune illness.  Also known as degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart attacks, strokes, Alzheimer's, arthritis, and as mentioned asthma as well as many others.

Therefore you should experience significant improvement in many health conditions and prevent many developing just by cutting all dairy from your diet.

You have been over sold (media and advertising) on dairy being necessary for adequate calcium. It is not.

You can: Continue full fat yogurt, no additives, and butter. (preferably grass fed) Totally cut all cheese and all other dairy from your diet.

Remember this must be fermented whole milk full fat yogurt, usually with no problem since the digestion problems are taken care of by the culture (bacteria) in fermented yogurt predigesting the milk

The yogurt bacteria cultures are helpful and very instrumental in maintaining the right friendly bacteria balance in your digestive system. The right bacteria are necessary in your digestive system to manufacture vitamin K and other lesser known vitamins made right in your digestive system buy friendly bacteria.

Avoiding antibiotics is often recommended unless life threatening situations present themselves. This maintains the effective ness of the anti biotic for you when dire needs do arise, and does not kill off the friendly bacteria system needed.

They have found the ultimate correct bacteria are often not reestablished when killed off with antibiotics, even with yogurt cultures..

Re entering a friendly helpful bacteria from yogurt to your digestive system it is particularly necessary after use of any antibiotics.

Butter is nearly all fat and does not seem to present a digestive problem.

Butter from cows 100% grass fed (no grain) is considered health food containing CLA and other benefits not found in grain fed butter. Spring raised butter in some areas of US are 100% grass fed and some creamery's retain to sell at a higher rate year around. Butter from New Zealand is 100% grass fed any time. Dairies in New Zealand feed no grains..

Note:
In U.S. dairy's they are currently feeding bovine growth hormone to increase milk production and antibiotics for routine udder problems. All of which may have an adverse affect on you.

Your model body was NOT designed to handle dairy and it is not on natures approved list for your auto-immune system compatibility.
