The Do Yourself In Diseases and How Stopping Wrong Input Stops Or Prevents Most Triggers.
What you may have silently started to happen to you. Usually totally unaware is that your body defense system is confused with "wrong stuff" Input, (not on your models approved input list) and when your body immune survival system loses the ability to distinguish between what is "self" (you) and what is "non-self," (not you) and mistakenly attacks your healthy tissues and organs as if they were a foreign invader like a bacteria or virus, or something foreign or poisonous that might be a danger to your survival, then you are in trouble. The body?s attack on something whether an invader or mistakenly some part of your self is triggered by many different things and the ongoing attacks are called inflammation. You may be familiar with a sore on your finger gets all red when infected and your immune system is mounting an attack on what it needs out of there. The name of the resulting disease from a misguided attack on yourself depends on which of your tissues are inadvertently being attacked by your own auto immune survival system.. For instance, in celiac disease, the targeted tissue is small bowel mucosa. This is usually a result of gluten present in wheat and other grains. (four products).The average time the literature says to diagnosis this in the US is 16 years. In other words, people have suffered from the effects of this for often a lifetime and been treated with dozens of prescription drugs before they finally figure out what the problem is. There seems to be no medical test that is certain except to discontinue input of the cause.Yet as many as 17% are affected to a degree and 2 to 3% drastically, with hospitalization often involved at times. Tests for this do not work well but the fix is simple, stop eating all grains In two weeks the life time of problems clear up. This is an example that demonstrates that your model body has not adjusted to this and perhaps many more food, especially those introduced a mere 10,000 years ago, and of course those since 1900 and even 1950 such as fast food etc. It is reported many are eating a diet that is 80% or more, food that did not even exist 100 years ago. They are no longer getting the sunshine to manufacture the vitamin D they need to operate correctly and over 85% of diabetics seriously deficient and a serious contributor to their health problems. Most are not aware that cholesterol is manufactured by your body to make vitamin D under your skin exposure to the sun, Artificially suppressing your cholesterol level results in further diminishing the development of vitamin D which turns out to not be a vitamin at all but a body regulating hormone... more on that elsewhere. Unfortunately, usually In children, type 1 diabetes, is developed when the insulin producing pancreatic beta cells are attacked and destroyed... making you a type one diabetic for life. Some now suspect cow?s milk may have been involved in triggering this.We wont go into all of these but name some more, the idea here is that if you quit all food you were not designed for you very likely eliminate the triggers for all these and other ailments you have never even heard of.. The thyroid gland is the attacked organ in autoimmune thyroid disease.Your joints are affected in rheumatoid arthritis, (very common,) and it is your gastrointestinal tract that is affected in Crohn's disease. In psoriasis, it is your skin is affected, and in Multiple Sclerosis, the target tissue is the outside myelin sheath surrounding nerves that is attacked. Now that?s just a partial list but you have heard of many and may be already involved with others.These are now being connected more and more accepted as diet related and your model of human bodies inability to cope with many modern things not on the system built over 2 million year period and these things are not on list of the already "adopted" to by this model of body you inherited. Beside food there are many other things being connected. These include such things as over the counter and prescription drugs, heavy metals, carry over from viral and bacterial infections, Very common it now turns out is vitamin D deficiency as mentioned and of course gluten consumption as mentioned. One of the big contenders is Dairy products which have similar cell identity with your cells. Your model body has not had the 50,000 years they say is required for the human body to develop the total ability to sort this out, since diary has been around under 10,000 years in mans diet anywhere, and many parts of the world, never.
