Diabetics: Small Feet Veins Syruped Up
Nerves Die, Shorted Supply, Unfixable

Only Gets Worse........

Neuropathy has no fix. That's the standard medical pronoucement.

My feet have fair feelings (nerves have recouped considerably from zero) and every time I have thought they were getting bad again, (about once a year) I do the three day or more sun 30 minute sun treatment and get it back to under control. Read my articles on simple method.

Did three days, again this year of 15 minute tops of feet sun and 3 -15 bottom of feet sun treatments this time and seems to really have gotten better then ever.

For those of you that have lucked out (60% they say get foot or hand nerve damage), it gets so bad you can not feel the street or, in my case, most upsetting not telling whether your foot was on brakes, gas or anything at all. That upset me terribly.

In case you are not aware, many old people are not carrying a cane to steady themselves as much as reference to where the sidewalk is. Lost feelings in extremities.

Anyway, if you read up on the fix I wrote, my punch line is I got so much feeling back I can step on dime barefoot and tell you heads or tales. (That's a joke.) :-)

Actually, I consider my self functional now and they do NOT bother me sleeping, pain or anything at all any more. Do not even notice I have feet. When started to get bad again recently, I felt like I had waded in mud and caked on or something up about a foot. Had that sort of feeling.

Now after three days of solar treatment (free sunshine), I feel like that from the ankles down. But my feet feel more sensitive to anything stepped on, etc.

My doctor would tell you I have not fixed anything at all. He could poke a straight pin in my foot and I not tell it.

However, I consider them fully functional now and I am so relieved to have that much feeling back is why I got into this research and sharing things in the first place. I was elated to get functional feet again.

Everybody else is paying thousands of dollars for amputations, etc., and all sorts of things and told "keep taking these prescriptions so you can sleep at night when your feet hurt etc. Crazy....

A few have listened. But I feel like talking to deaf ears. Too simple and its free.....

***My personal arthritis test. May apply and work for you. Before I got diabetes and turned my diet lifestyle around, I had one finger that I roughly could not bend or if did really knew about it...(pain) Main joint had a problem.

When I essentially had been on 3 or 4 months, of what I call my ancestors diet, namely what my ancestors ate 1000 years ago (that in mind). A change I had made as a result of my diabetes diagnosis, I noticed one day...."Hey," I can close my right hand. How did that happen or when did that happen? Actually I have no idea, it just did.

Now, I use it as a test meter, close my hand no difference between right and left, I am doing fine. Start to notice a difference in my right I am slipping, better check what's being done wrong......

Should mention two other things, never bother with my blood pressure since that has been under control since the start of this change. I do look at the scales once a month, why not sure.

It has not varied more then 2 pounds in nearly 5 years now....eat as much as I want, eat all the fat I can find, absolutely no sugars or grains.

Thought those tests will help give you an idea of trend of progress, without any formal tests. Once you know how to control your blood sugar, I see little of no advantage of punching holes in you finger several times a day.

Would stick with the every three month A1 C test until you have had that under control for a long time. That's just my take on testing myself as of today..... and how my diabetes is doing.
