Run On Sunshine Basis of Many Health Problems
In the last two years there has been a tremendous amount of studies, articles and information that Vitamin D, (not actually a vitamin at all, but a body regulating hormone), is the primary factor in many of modern mans problems. Now we read information on how your body makes vitamin D and it all falls into place.One of the big problems has been the skin cancer, "stay out of the sun phobia" "use lots of sun block". This we knew contributed mightily to the shortage of vitamin D with people convinced they should be staying away from sun exposure. Now we see the explanation finally of why people in the sun constantly, like life guards, have the lowest skin cancer rate of any of the population. Many people in northern climates, especially in the winter can expect to be short of vitamin D.You can store Vitamin D for some time so a trip for two weeks in the sun in the winter makes sense. The system is your body makes vitamin with cholesterol next to your skin exposed to the sun. It would seem logical if you were short of vitamin D your body would make high cholesterol to help compensate but then the wonderful medical world sells you the idea high cholesterol is bad and you better lower or your going to have a heart attack. Next step the process happens on top your bare skin is skin oils. The process takes up to 48 hours, (first time we have heard this explanation) and if you wash it stays, but if you use soap you remove the oil and the "working" part.Now cave man was out in the sun a lot and he jumped in the river to bath and cool off and you pitied him because he did not "know" to use soap. Turns out the "Germ phobia" got another one. You, overcompensating in all your wisdom, about the "bacteria Phobias" negatively impact your health. Now the explanation of the skin cancer.It turns out that that frequency and another frequency are both hitting your skin you rarely get skin cancer, in fact those heavily exposed to the full suns (all light frequency's rays) unrestricted are almost immune. That explains the studies showing heavily exposed rarely get skin cancer, and the uncanny figures showing those out in the sun a small amount and slathering on sun block, show that some wind up with skin cancer even then, anyway. So the very thing you were avoiding (from all the clever advice) in all their wisdom again, winds up caveman had no problem, you do. Difference: You read the media. The whole thing that stirs me up to understand all this is that it is becoming more and more clear to me, unless you fix this vitamin D shortage, ( and over 80% are short ) you are on a health slippery slope. The interesting thing is this is totally free, just takes a little effort and common sense.Expose every bit of skin you can for at least 30 minutes a day very minimum. If not enough sun, head for the right kind of tanning booth, better then the pills. Remember you can skip days but make up for it on the bright light exposure days. Also remember, if you are dark skinned person you are twice as likely to be short of D and require twice as long exposure to compensate. There is sense to a tan. If you are a diabetic it is almost certain you are short of vitamin D. Part of the do it yourself fix......lots of sunshine. (see how your author got his neuropathy overcome with sunshine, and got his foot feelings back) They said it can not be done. Remember, hundreds of thousands of people used sunshine to cure Tuberculosis for 20 years before the medical community would admit it worked.
As I finished this, just now recieved data that correcting vitamin D deficiency greatly improves Asthma in children. Asthma is affected by this body regulating substance and some of these modern so called ailments, are your body being short changed on what it needs to run correctly. The whole point is, provide your body what it was set up to need to run correctly and you will basically prevent and correct most of what or which may be the problem most people are "doctoring" for. Your body operating system well knows how to keep your old bod going in great shape if you give it what it needs and stop sabatoging it with odd stuff it has no programming for. It really is not rocket science and you are in most cases "the problem" with your buying into some distortion, suppesdly to make you healthy. Which often turns out to be the problem.The formula is, if it was healthy and operational part of your ancestors health, it is for yours. (Lots of skin sun exposure for example) Try to duplicate their input. You KNOW that was well tested and your body is trained to work with that.
