Pets Also Fix Themselves with Right Input

Modern Man's relatives existed for two million years on mostly meat, fish and eggs,
Almost exactly the same diet dogs were existing on. Man adopted to vegetables and a very few short time fruits in season, in some areas of the world this season was very short. The majority of the year NONE available.
Man and dog worked out a mutually beneficial arrangement for thousands of years. Dogs were good at tracking, finding and cornering large animals but were almost incapable of killing a large animal.
Man was not good at the finding and cornering but could kill almost anything when cornered with sharpened sticks.
Together, they shared the food obtained by their combined efforts.
Now, man and dogs are still together, enjoying mutual benefits.
Man has gotten into health troubles because of the change in food.
Your pets are in big health problems for the same reason.
The survivors are those that know what to eat and what to avoid. The requirements for man and dog today are not much different but we call your attention to these differences.
Top 7 foods to avoid for pets with parallel tips for man....(thats you)
- Consensus is that Chocolate, coffee, caffeine are products that can cause for your dog, problems like: vomiting and diarrhea, panting, excessive thirst and urination, hyperactivity, abnormal heart rhythm, tremors, seizures and yes even, death.
Editors NOTE: Chocolate has had over a hundred studies with man and every single one has had positive results for man when no sugar or milk involved, including no weight gain.
This is a major difference between man and dog. CHOCOLATE beneficial for man big time, Very BAD for dogs.
- Alcohol. Man in general for a while, at least, can tolerate alcohol, the affect again is accumulative. Europeans have built up some ability but not Asians. Alcoholic beverages and food products fed your dog containing alcohol that you may not even know contain alcohol, can cause your dog vomiting, diarrhea, decreased coordination, central nervous system depression, difficulty breathing, tremors, abnormal blood acidity, coma and again even death.
Dogs have developed NO tolerance. You and your dog should likely BOTH avoid alcohol, so do not think it fun to give your dog alcohol to see what he does.
- Avocado can cause vomiting and diarrhea in dogs. Pet birds and pet rodents are especially sensitive so here is something that is great for humans, bad news for pets.
- Macadamia nuts should be avoided, and can cause weakness, depression, vomiting, tremors and hyperthermia in dogs.
- Grapes, raisins. These fruits should never be fed to your dog and can cause kidney failure.
- Yeast dough. Yeast dough can rise and cause gas to accumulate in your pet's digestion system so watch that dough.
- Xylitol is an additive used in gum, candy, baked goods and toothpaste. It can cause insulin release in most species, which can lead to liver failure.
There are many man made processed food coloring preservatives, etc that cause your dog problems (and you) so we suggest like yourself, discard this processed and canned goods stuff, and not use your pet as a garbage can for food you should not eat.
- Onions, garlic, chives. These can cause gastrointestinal irritation and red blood cell damage to a dog. Table scraps often contain onions with meat etc. This content May Not be apparent.
- Milk and other milk-based products cause dogs diarrhea or other digestive upset because dogs are lactose intolerant.
(no enzyme to digest milk) but yogurt has predigested fermentation so not a problem nor is butter.
All of this on dairy is also true for man.
Dairy is relatively new and man and dogs have not had time to build an ability to handle it correctly. Yogurt and butter health food for both.
To maintain health for you and your pet it is important to know not only what to eat,
it is just as important to learn what NOT TO EAT.
Note: Cats are more carnivorous then dogs and require a higher percentage of meat. Cats and dogs are NOT made to handle corn, gluten, and other grains.
Rice is most tolerated, but not good. Most commercial dog and cat food contain high percentages of cheap grain. (look at the label) (many over 50% grains) This has resulted in an epidemic of diabetes in Cats particularly.
Here is a label from a popular canned dog food (remember these have been cooked so much nutrient destroyed as well as enzymes etc) Number one ingredient, chicken by products. (not chicken meat)
This means ground beaks, feet, heads, feathers etc next ingredient, soybean meal,
next barley, next corn, wheat gluten, and the next ten are man made chemicals,
Remember, the dog food that caused thousands of deaths, was contaminated by wheat glutin imported from China. They had added a chemical that made it test higher in protein.
This is what is happening to people food, that is processed. They add inexpensive substances and you pay for what you think the label says it is. The gluten example, no one knew at the dog food factory, that the gluten had been altered in China.
So even if you read labels you have no idea what is really in yours or your pets food. We suggest you buy only food that has no labels. This means buying raw meat and eggs for your pets etc. Cook yours only when necessary. the more you can adopt to raw food the better.
(be careful of salmonella)
Cook it for your pets only when in danger of spoiling. (learn precautions for salmonella) You can buy much on sales and freeze it, often under $1 a pound. This compares with paying up to several dollars per pound for commercial dog food that is over half grains (costs them under 10 cents per pound) and non meat by product discarded animal parts.
