Discovered: Another Missing Piece That Fits
Research since the thirties (For Example: huge scientific study all over the world with indigenous Society By Weston Price, (highly suggested reading including todays Weston Price society site) fully documented has shown that almost NO degenerative diseases we sustain today such as diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, Alzheimer, arthritis,
gum disease, cancer, etc etc. were almost unknown and started showing up in these societies. However, did so within 20 years when introduced to the western diet and life style in every single one of them.
I picked up on what foods, they were introduced to, but they were also introduced to booze, cigarettes, and other substance unbeknown to them before.
The big thing I failed to catch is this.........
Cooked food.......the percentage of DEAD Food, they were eating went way up.
Until the advent of western so called diet they were existing on almost half or better raw "live" comes with its own enzyme, food.
The American Indian went from eating dried buffalo, (pemmican)_ which is live food, even twenty years old, the enzymes have never been killed by heat, dried berries and seeds etc etc. So their diet was almost 100% live food. (still contained its own digesting enzymes.)
They were suddenly herded off to reservations and put on government supplied canned foods, flour, sugar, and processed food.
Weston Price studies showed what happened to every society this happened to.. They became susceptible to diseases, supposedly not exposed to them before,
no body considered their immune systems had been compromised, from going from almost 100% Live Food, to almost 100% Dead Food,
What happens is your enzyme and hormone system is taxed to capacity making the enzymes necessary to digest and process DEAD food.
Little or nothing is left to run your immune system, your 64 natural enzymes flowing plentifully clearing out your pipes from getting plugged up.... All that is gone, they are now all capacity used for digesting dead food.
I think the 1932 ten year Cat Study with 900 cats, we mentioned in recent articles and similar studies verifying since, that if
you introduce 100% cooked food diet, within a few years you start having degenerative health problems.
I Looked at my previous pet history of feeding canned (dead) and dry (dead) dog and cat food. The Experience of the animals developing serious ailments, including two cats developed diabetes,
over the years...as they aged (accumulated damage) not aging at all.
The real surprise is the similarity of

also DEAD food, replacing LIVE food.)
Each generation the shape of the face changed and mouth got narrower, nose spacing changed and a whole lot of differences happened physically to each generation with the switch to what we called the "western diet." It might also be called the western food destruction, by heat. But we missed that....have to read all of his stuff again and see if he missed that too...for sure.
I had looked at south pole expeditions where scientists put together scientific selected canned foods, etc for them to be sustaining them at the pole area for years...
What was surprising was they nearly all developed ill health despite all their careful and "scientific food selection'. turned out to be (100% dead food) and as a result they came back in ill health and
many never made it back at all.
Then you read of expeditions that lost all of their food supply and lived for six months on nothing but their sled dogs pemmican and came back in perfect health.

The amazing part is that no one has put this together much of anywhere and I did not crack the code on this really until now.
Then I looked at Jack LaLane and His Vegetable and Fruit juicer. (diabetic can not juice or dry fruit). That success of all those people using juicers coming out with exceptional health improvements...did not make sense to me....I was missing something here..... they were drinking vegetables, (canned V8 doesn't do it) dead,
I tried, decided this is a dam nuisance and I am sure my ancestors did not have to juice their dam vegetables and besides i am convinced they ate practically none....
veggies were not around much of the year in Norway etc. so why did this Not fit the formula....
Turns out now i realize is it was NOT the vegetables, it was they were eating LIVE food and their per cent of live food went way up and their enzymes were being able to be made and used for other health maintenance.
Previously nearly every enzyme production was for food digestion.
The vegetables did not make them healthy, it was that dead foods were no longer as large a part of their diet and their enzymes were now available for what they were intended, maintaining your health.
