The biggest cut in blood sugar levels in studies we read over the years come from two things. Vinegar and Cayenne Pepper. Both in the 40% range. The vinegar turned up in my asthma
research, (read what over 250 asthmatics from around the world have have said fixed their asthma or helped the most) and a table spoon or two of apple cider vinegar in water a couple times a day topped that list.
Surprisingly it shows up on the diabetes studies as one of the highest results of almost free or even most expensive can not compete with vinegar results. Now the
AZ university study had them taking 1/8 cup of vinegar diluted with 1/4 cup of water before meals with high
carbs.
Better yet, Cut the high sugar or carb content meals out and you wont have to lower it.
Actually I take a couple of table spoons a day of apple cider vinegar by using it on a salad along with a table spoon full or more of coconut oil.
The coconut oil is very important daily table spoon full or two... will do article later on recent studies with how important this is on several fronts.
When you buy apple cider vinegar, do not look for the most filtered. Little gobs of stuff in it are the kind you want.

Next the least expensive fix.... EAT SLOW
How simple and inexpensive a fix can you get? The formula here is simple. Tell everybody at the table that you are a diabetic and you eat
leisurely meals so fell free to leave the table when finished, do not wait for me.
Okay, now you are no longer pressured to eat as fast as everybody else.
Get out your paper and or book and read as you eat.. take all the time in the world.
Double your eating time will do wonders for your blood sugar levels.
Everybody knows about the cinnamon fix.
1/4 teaspoon with or before meals etc.
This is another one of those cuts your readings by 20$ things.
Buy this stuff in big containers (water soluble kind) and it is practically free compared to prescriptions.
Ground cloves have almost the same figures in studies as cinnamon in case you run out.
Metamucil is the trade name most know but it has sweetener added. You can buy bulk pysillium for almost nothing in food stores that sell it in bulk, or you can buy it plain in a different make at
Walgreen's at about $20 for a pint or some small quantity. Crazy drug stores.
Take a table spoon before meals lowers blood sugar 20$ according to studies again. Keep in mind taking two things that lower it 20% does NOT lower it anymore, still 20% total. ( you would thing that would give you a 40% reduction) Tried a zillion combos always comes out that way....
20% tops.

The of course you can use wheat bran alone, (practically free in bulk) to add to most anything and it slows down
digestion so much blood sugar hardly budges.
What you are after is no PEAKS.
Explanation of what vinegar does is it slows digestive breakdown of carbs.
Fibers just take a long time to process and anything in with it at same time has to wait too.
Compare these almost free fixes with the most expensive prescriptions.
Keep in mind all of these fixes we mention have NO side effects like ALL drugs do and do not Create New bigger problems, which you do not need.
Also do not flatten your wallet.
