Okay Basic Common Sense. You wont have to read umpteen Books on your ancestors diet (paleo diet, caveman diet etc ) like I have. Because it just makes sense, you can realize all by yourself, YOUR body is inherited as developed and PERFECTED over 2 MILLION YEARS. Those defective did not make it and did NOT have kids leading to you. That body was designed to eat what they ate.
Science people tell us it takes 50,000 years to fully adopt to a new diet. Less then 10,000 years ago, Agriculture with domesticated animals (dairy) and grains were introduced to man. (Also cooking) Therefore, if you research it or just use your common sense you realize that basically those relatives lived on animals, fish and eggs, with saturated fat, was their main fuel, there were no grains, and most of the year no vegetables or fruit. (almost no carbs) Some say your caveman ancestors diet was energy from 80% fat, 20% carbs.
Therefore that is the model body you inherited... Now listen to what your government with their ABSOLUTELY upside down food pyramid has been telling you, and in addition to medical societies, these big names.......

2. American Heart Association
3. American Diabetes Association
For over 60 years, most people have bought hook line and sinker, the following nutritional recommendations from this list of government and agencies, which all advise a high complex carbohydrate,
diet with little or no saturated fat.
This is almost the exact formula for developing diabetes, (what we and MANY MANY OTHERS tell you) and diabetes has increased more than 700 percent over this 60 years and doubled in the last ten with the further addition of the "low fat" craze.
.......and you would have to have been hiding in a cave not to know diabetes and obesity have both turned into an epidemic. .....and despite many medical doctors recently petitioning these and many other medical agencies still sticking to this long ago debunked premise, unsuccessfully petitioning them to update their recommendations to the facts.
The problem is that they are continuing to spread the damaging myth (RUINING THE NATIONS HEALTH) that saturated fats must be avoided, while grains, carbs and vegetable oils should be the mainstay and emphasized.
The merchants and mass media KNOW the money is in cheap, vegetable oils, grains, and cheap sugar and corn syrup in place of expensive "real" fats. The vegetable oils such as margarine, corn oil, Crisco etc DO Not exist in nature, they are man made from government surplus cottonseed oil, corn etc. and their "health claims" such as margarine, have long since been proven "Detrimental" to your health.
Put many of these in your garage for six months uncovered and even insects and bacteria wont touch em, but you are sold on them every day "that they are "health food" in the mass media. This is a whole topic (and/or books,) in and of itself, but at the most basic level promoting primarily eating a high "complex" carbohydrate, low saturated fat diet for health and longevity has long been shown over and over again to be erroneous, but they cling to their position, not possible to admit they have been wrong apparently.
And if you have diabetes, you need to avoid grains, even whole grains and things like complex carbs in any quantity. ......the medical society refers you to these dieticians to show you how to measure out and eat, and when your doctor suggests it, Medicare pays the dietician he refers you to $750.00 to teach you how to count out, measure and continue this diet with the aid of your doctors numerous prescriptions ( and soon injected insulin_)
Your doctor will likely tell you correctly with this highly qualified "team care" your life expectancy now that you have been diagnosed with diabetes is going to be about 15 years less then normal.....if you follow very carefully their recommendations.
Dr. Bernstien says the reason medical doctors with diabetes have a lower life expectancy then the general public with diabetes is because they tend to follow their own advice more closely then the general public does.. I did not say that, he did. He has both an engineering degree and medical degree.
I am just an 80 year researcher, writer, with no medical expertise whatsoever, with diabetes, trying to extend my life, (another 20) and sharing what I am uncovering.
The question to be decided, is do you think your body knows more what it was made to run on then those trying to "sell" you their thing? You already know what the general public has been pre sold on and the results of their "bad bet" will show up in tomorrow’s out of control health
statistics.
