Can you figure out why you stop adding fat, when eliminating wrong food? Okay you are not diabetic, you are not obese, you MUST cut out grain ANYWAY. This long list of symptoms is sad, when you realize they have suffered with these and treated for a lifetime, when the fix is simple. They obtain a miraculous cure in 14 days..... Simple: STOP eating all grain and gluten. Not so simple when you find out gluten is so cheap they use it as a filler in all sorts of foods, and it may not show on the label. Remember the dog food poisonings a year or two ago. that was from altered gluten from China added to Canadian made dog food. (as cheap filler) The Chinese gluten makers received a higher price if listed higher in protein. They found adding a chemical raised the reading and gave them more for their gluten sale. It was this chemical added that poisoned the dog food and killed many dogs. Therefore, since gluten is now added to many things (even vitamin tablets as filler) avoiding it totally is not easy, but necessary for celiacs. Next: Why grains and gluten should be absolutely avoided by everybody. The gluten in grains combines with casein in milk etc and forms the equivalent of Elmer's glue that affects the villain in your digestive system. This results in damage to the lining of the small intestine when foods with gluten are eaten. This serious damage to the villain, the hair-like little finger structures on the lining of the small intestine makes it hard for the body to absorb nutrients, especially fat, calcium, iron, and foliate. When and if the gut is ever seriously damaged and "leaks" it is called the "leaky gut syndrome and allows matter that should not get into the blood stream to get in. Then your immune system has a huge inflammation battle with your body making anti bodies which inadvertently also damage the villain, trying to get the foreign matter out of the blood stream. Nutrients from food are normally absorbed by the villain. If the villain are damaged, by this gluten mixture, the person cannot absorb correctly necessary nutrients, in addition t having an inflammation battle going on unbeknown. This means you likely wind up malnourished, no matter how much you eat, Now you know why diabetics and non diabetics who cut out grain often have dramatic improvements in their health. Grain has been around less then 10,000 years. Therefore your model body has not adjusted to it. ALL must be removed from your input to expect any type of health improvement. Grain is cheap, ill health is NOT. The Egyptians of pyramid days were one of the first heavy grain eaters and mummies have shown a severe ill health damage from it.
