Your Body Was Never Designed To Handle 80% Of What Modern America Eats

Running On the Wrong Fuel Accumulates Damage

Your body was never made to handle smoking, nor the body being un-adopted to the current food system fuel.

The question is "how long can your body survive these abuses of doing to it what it is totally Not designed to handle?"
Keep doing what you have been doing 50 years, try continuing it and find out..........
The only thing is when you "find out" you wont be able to go back and change it.....
Take the easy route, keep doing exactly what you have always done, it worked in the past........

You can save the social security system a lot of money. Instead of paying you years of retirement money, they likely will only have to pay the under $300 burial benefit to your estate.

Maybe you are already too late......
You can taper off like the smoker who says "you might be right, I will go down to smoking only a half a pack a day......"
.....or the alcoholic who says I will go down to 3 beers a day........
or you will go to your doctor and get him to give you diabetic prescription drugs to force your pancreas to produce even higher insulin so you can continue to eat high carb foods. Eventually even that isn't high enough so you are after a period of time, relegated to insulin shots to continue your eating lifestyle, or by then just to stay alive.

Unbeknown to you it is the high insulin necessitated by high blood sugar, that it is the insulin doing the damage that puts you in the shortened life expectancy.

This is like the smoker taking medication for his smokers cough while he keeps right on smoking.
Your authors view is there is no such thing as a smoker tapering down to less.... He either quits and changes his habit to NON SMOKER or he continues.

Also one of the few people in the diabetic and obesity world who doesn't tell you the diabetic or obese person, what you want to hear, which is "just take these pills eat a little less of this or that and you will be fine........

Wont up your life expectancy much.... in fact may in some cases be less then if continued what you were doing. But that’s what they want to hear......... and pay a lot of money every month to be told that by an authority figure who won’t even show up at your hastened funeral.

We look up the medical people own recommendations for treatment of diabetic patients, which show how long they can keep you on this or that until it deteriorates to the next level and you have to be put on healthier and more potent drugs and then in a relatively short time your pancreas quits all together. This happening after being force driven, and then you are on insulin shots for the rest of your life

No one tells you this....
Just take your prescriptions and you will be fine......... that’s what they tell you.... and that’s what you like to hear..... reassurance from some authoritative figure that you can basically keep on your old life style.

They also tell you your life expectancy is now 15 years or (similar figure) less then it was..... and with that treatment and your continuing food patterns (slightly modified same stuff) they are likely right.

The smoker has a VERY difficult time quitting....because he is addicted to a high that he gets from smoking......
Did you know many people have a hard time quitting eating certain foods because their body considered it hazardous to your survival so upped adrenalin etc whenever you ate it so much you got a high from the very foods that were a danger to your survival.

Example if you were (an unknown) celiac and have adverse reaction to wheat gluten, every time you ate pasta you get this body defensive reaction high....... so you say I just could not give up pasta, "I just love pasta."

So the very things you need to give up the most often 2q3qproduced "highs" when you eat them,
Therefore like some smokers it is going to be a difficult or almost impossible decision to carry thru on to say, "I am never ever going to eat this food again."
This will be a major life change...
Like the smoker....or alcoholic......Only you can make this "Life Changing" decision to stop doing what you always did, and then stick with it.
