How To Take the Free Fungus Saliva Test On Awakening.
Only do this test on awakening in the morning. Do not drink anything or put anything into your mouth.
Develop a wad of some saliva in your mouth and spit it into a clear glass of water.
If you get strings or other actions towards the bottom of the glass within 30 seconds, or 3 or 4 minutes you likely have severe fungus overgrowth. Check back every few minutes. If it takes fifteen to twenty minutes to develop you likely have a light infestation of fungus overgrowth or none at all.
You will still likely want to follow up this test with a written test.

If No Action in a few minutes check back in a bit.

This test will give a good indication in most situations whether you should pursue further steps in fungus pursuit. Not a hundred percent accurate by any means but the test is speedup and free and is maybe as good a test as there is.
If it indicates you are likely overgrown with Candida, then by all means take the written test to see if that further confirms it or not.
It is not scientific either but it is strong indicator. If 90% or more of diabetics are said to have some overgrowth somewhere, then odds are you are too, test or no test, if you are diabetic. If you have fungus toe or finger nails, then you already know you have fungus in your body into overgrowth.

We are told if you request a fungal test from your doctor, you may be told you do not need one, etc. but if you are sent off for a test, it will usually be $250. Sometimes take a period of time before it comes back, and are told they are not 100% accurate either. (Also two doctor visits expense.)
The marginal medical tests such as Celiac disease, etc., are also best tested by simply eliminating or do what is done to fix it, and if it see big change in your health in two weeks of doing that, then probably you had it.
