This is a generalized, comprehensive "ancestors" Diet, which is more tailored to you as an individual based on more recent ancestors of just 1,000 to 20,000 years ago, rather than the totally hunter gatherer diet of Caveman, or people of the Paleolithic period of man a million years ago..
