You Have Had a Life Time Of Out Of Range Sugar Peaks- How Did Your Body Dispose Of Those High Refined Sugar Rush Peaks For 30 Years?
Every blood sugar flood time, your survival system made "High Insulin" levels (your fat making hormone) that forced your muscle mass to absorb it temporarily as a "sugar peak dump". 100% of your muscle mass participated and was needed to absorb it.
Now the conventional wisdom and all the other books will tell you that somehow your muscles develop a resistance to absorbing the high sugar peak surplus and this is called traditionally "insulin resistance". Takes higher and higher insulin to get your muscles to absorb the sugar peaks.
Matter of fact, your body is often producing four times normal insulin trying to force the muscles to take up all the sugar and it works til one day that is not enough and you get your circulation drowining in high sugar not disposed of. Now they say you have "Diabetes".
You may have been doing considerable damage to your body for some time before you find that out.
You may already have done high sugar "diabetic complications" damage. You know the list. Eyes, Feet, Kidneys, Nerves, etc. that can never be undone.
In addition the long term high insulin you have been running, these dangerous long term high insulin levels are what brings on the degenerative diseases and body damage that kills you early.
It likely is not muscle insulin resistance, it is likely your muscle mass is no longer large enough to absorb your high sugar peak levels.

Here Are Drawings To Understand The Concept of What Has Happened as You Aged.
This red bar below represents your muscle mass up to age 30 plus or minus a few years.
All is available to absorb sugar and act as an emergency sugar dump.
This next "35 year old" bar shows you are starting to lose muscle mass at 1% loss per year.
Understand, exercise does NOT prevent loss of muscle mass, it happens anyway.
Now you have less mass to absorb sugar and it takes higher and higher insulin levels, (which is a fat making hormone) and some of your muscle cells are forced to absorb sugar and become fat cells, note left end. Each of these new fat cells has removed one more muscle cell from sugar absorbing duties, so now you are losing muscle cells two ways.

Every year now you are left with less and less muscle mass and its ability to handle the sugar peaks get less and less, lowered abilities to handle, means more and more peaks
have to be made into fat cells withdrawing from sugar absorbing use, ever more and more muscle cells.
If you lose all the fat cells and somehow get turned back to muscle cells you regain considerable sugar dump muscle cells and your blood sugar becomes in control again.
We hope this helps you to understand the progression and why when you stop sugar peaks totally, and become a fat burner, the fat cells disappear and you regain considerable ability to handle sugar peaks.
Thus your blood sugar goes lower and becomes in control automatically.
You never the less stay on the ancestors menu that has stopped all reasons for sugar peaks.
If you look at the full screen muscle mass graphic on this next page it should make it clear to you why your body at some point (age) no longer had enough muscle mass cells available to absorb the dangerous sugar peaks you were running.
My diagnosis happened at age 74, but recognizing symptoms I had for years, it looks like I may have been exceeding my muscle mass ability to absorb sugar peaks for over 10 years.
Had diabetes and did not know it.
