Eat All The Sugar You Want, All The Calories, They Are NOT What Makes You Fat Or Diabetic
Sounds crazy, after hearing that and reading it for years, "sugar and calories make you fat." True Only under one condition, the three words that took me over three years to realize..... How this works.High Sugar peaks Your body can handle lots of calories, lots of sugar, it just CANNOT handle High Sugar PEAKS. It was made to process sugar and calories digesting into the blood stream from slow digesting fats and high fiber foods with low sugar. It took hours to get much sugar digested from the fiber. Then you introduce foods, such as new (up bred for sweetness) high sugar fruits and refined sugar and flour, soft drinks, dumped into the blood stream in minutes producing Extremely HIGH SUGAR PEAKS. Potatoes and other foods your body was not evolved to handle.....can be handled when mixed with high fat butter, sour cream or high fat gravy because they slow digestion to a crawl. French Fries are faster conversion to high sugar peaks then eating right out of the sugar bowl. To handle these HIGH SUGAR PEAKS (only with high sugar peaks) your body produces huge amounts of insulin to force muscles on an emergency basis to absorb some of this sugar peak and keep from doing damage. (We call it drowning in high glucose) (if muscle mass diminishes as you get older, and/or they develop a resistance) and muscle mass can't keep up absorbing high sugar peaks anymore and your blood gets thick with sugar syrup (despite extremely high insulin produced) it is called diabetes) Insulin is THE fat making hormone. No high sugar peak.......any high insulin. No high insulin.....NO fat making. Sugar was NOT the problem....too much sugar TOO FAST was the problem. so HIGH SUGAR PEAKS is the problem that causes high insulin. High insulin is the villain that causes over time body damage including heart and degenerative diseases. Avoid high sugar peaks ......you avoid high insulin levels.Avoid high insulin levels you avoid making fat cells. Avoid high insulin levels and you avoid body damage and major cause of degenerative diseases... (what kills over 80% of Americans.) Note: Eat all the high fat you want, it DOES NOT turn on the fat making hormone "insulin" .......you only enlarge fat cells when you produce HIGH INSULIN. It is the ONLY fat making hormone. Avoid high insulin levels and you avoid body damage from the biggest hazard you control.Basically boiled down to three words to avoid (high sugar peaks) and you solve most of your health problems particularly if you are a diabetic or obese. That?s it...... I just boiled down to three words for you so you can understand the problem and don't have to read the 250 books and studies on the subject. (over simplification but i saved you three years or more of reading.)Tip: (use those three words as a yard stick. If it contributes to High Blood Sugar, and cannot be moderated, you avoid it.)
